Do not send articles back to us on freight collect basis! Enclose a copy of invoice and if necessary a note to the shipment. Note on the package the RMA number, sent by us via Email (in most of the cases it is identical with the ticket number), this number applies to all inquiries regarding your return.
The RMA-process (RMA = Return-Merchandise-Authorization) is used for the return of the product. This way a fast and less error-prone classification and processing is achieved. Complaints can be faster processed, if the product is immediately identified among the incoming goods as return and can be assigned to the appropriate customer. Therefore the RMA-process serves both sides (seller and customer) and should be respected by the return senders. In this respect, it is important to clearly indicate the RMA-number on the packaging, respectively the RMA-label to better identify the shipment from all incoming goods.
