It can happen that one drops the handle and the fume extraction breaks off, so that one cannot use it any more. One can either use the sticky tape to repair temporary the soldering handle, or even better one can buy the whole part in original . It is suitable for soldering irons of the Aoyue / Hakko / WAEC 986, 738 series.
