Question: Needs the valve to be cleaned regularly ? |
| |
Answer: It suffices to clean the valve together with the waste tank. It should be flushed after coming back from holidays.
|
| |
Question: Can the valve be opened while driving? |
| |
Answer: Jes, however one should avoid this for environmental reasons. Dispose of your sewage only at the drainage points intended for this purpose.
|
| |
Question: Can the valve open unexpectedly? |
| |
Answer: No, the valve cannot open suddenly due to lower board voltage. Our circuit holds the valve closed if the tension drops. If the valve is open at a voltage drop, it closes if voltage is applied again. Emergency closure.

Question: Does the valve open in frosty conditions ? |
| |
Answer: No. This would be a disaster when camping in winter. Furthermore the waste water should be disposed only at drainage points intended for this purpose.

Question: How much cable do have to connect?
|
| |
Answer: We have kept the control simple. We pre-connected the technics, so what is left for you are 2 cables, +12V and earth.
|
| |
Question: Can I extend the cable between the valve and the control ? |
| |
Answer: Jes. Pay attention that you do not switch the cable wires.
|
| |
Question: Does the valve need "current", when it is open or closed??
|
| |
Answer: No. We have a current saving version. You have "current consumption" only while the valve is opened or closed, when the valve is moving. Ball valves need no "quiescent current". The control itself needs only little mA standby current.
